I participated the PRE-ICO sale and got 480 BMC token. When to check my balance on my etherwallet, and did not find it. I logged into my blackmoon dashboard, I find a different receiving address than my ether wallet address, I chatted with someone at the site and was told someone hack my blackmoon dashboard account and changed the receiving address to a new one.  I am not sure what to do? Anyone else have the same problem?

I will sugest log in in to your ether wallet in view wallet  info

Click add custom token

Add the BMC ERC20 Contract from your dashboard

Add the symbol  BMC

Decimals  8

Then see if that works, tip is welcome if this helps 👍

It is quite often problem during ICOs. I would advise you to contact with customer support of Blackmoon Crypto. Just describe your situation as is. May be they will find solution for you.

This problem does not have a solution, blockchain is not a visa.
