I reckon Royse's comment, you need to improve your site to make it more attractive. Though I'm not very familiar with what you are offering and I'm thinking on how it's possible for you to take revenue if you're offering it for free.
Well I guess if there's no fee, the product itself are the users.

I assume this is a new site. In that case you guys need to improve the site experience. I see a page with few menus.
