I'd love to ship my expensive hardware across the world to someone I don't know, to be hosted in conditions I have no knowledge of and have to pay for it. How's India's powergrid again?
Even if one was willing to overlook all that, why charge a percentage? And you've said you can consume any amount of electricity for no extra cost, so if I sent you 100 machines or 10 machines, you incur no extra cost. Not only that, rig1 could consume less power and produce more bitcoins than rig2 but you want me to pay more for rig1 just because it's more productive?
Perhaps you should think about this a bit more...

I am based in India and already have a monthly contract with the power company that lets me use as much electricity as I want.
If any of you are paying a lot for electricity and want someone else to host your rig, I'm up for it.
I'll charge a percentage based on the number of bitcoins your rig produces.
