We are located in Texas, with a 6.3 cent electricity price and 2000 mining machine spaces.
We are currently looking for potential customers who need hosting services.
The number of spaces will increase or decrease, and electricity prices can be negotiated.

If I can offer something that helps level the playing field a bit I'm all for it.
It depends on things such as the price and trust (e.g. how can one be sure that you won't manipulate anything at the hardware level?).As this is just a idea my initial response is. Miner would be directed to the owners pool and account. They could monitor it from the workers page. To recoup my power cost they would pay for a month in advance.
But it does appear the market is covered in this arena.

The reason I ask, I've got a good size, climate controlled warehouse with reasonable power costs. I currently use it for just my own hardware but would be willing to consider hosting for those with high power costs, noise issues, etc. I'd be interested in everyone's thoughts.

Personally, I think there are too many hosting companies out there.
However if you have the setup for it and can offer something that the community needs, then the more power to you and I hope you succeed!
