Personally, I don't particularly trust this hosting. I haven't been sent a bill, nor a reply to a support ticket I opened a while ago and yet the hosting is still active. I would not suggest anyone to use this hosting.

Steadyturtle has some nice hosting packages, they have a rep on this forum, and most users seem more than happy about them (i run my own dedi box, so i have no experience with the myself)
