Those vcc are achieved from a promo.Which means I got them for free.I have huge stock that's why I'm selling them for 3.5$ + they expire on 10/16
Most VCCs doesn't comes with a name and address so I doubt if they are really VCC or stolen cards.
Another thing why someone will load a VCC for 5$ and then sell it for 3.5$, I have seen everyone selling them at higher price then their balance.
