The fact an exchange is working with crappy coins does not mean it's Vern.
That is weak evidence if that is all there is..

Why would cex.io sell ixc on this platform? Especially when they already trade and sell, not to mention existing potential connections for otc trades.
Coinexchange carries a whole lot of second rate coins.
The evidence points to this being a big vern dump.

Personally, I'd prefer if CEX was not the one dumping millions of IXC.
