Hi Guys,
Just want to warn you about HOTBIT.IO.. I used to think they were a decent site until today. (Some of you might not have a problem with them and thats cool. Im just sharing my experience...

WOW!!!! so sad... I cant believe you guys want me to deposit MORE money...
I had high hopes  that you would reach out to your customers and help them...
I just realized you guys put out a fake address for XDCE and then i have to pay for it.. And now you want me to make another deposit to fix this.
So after all,  it wasnt the other exchange, "COSS.IO", that made the mistake.. It clearly shows that the money or (XDCE) was deposited to you guys, and
now you wont credit my account. On top of that, you want me to give you guys .3 ETH to fix this...  I gave you guys all the PROOF IN THE ATTACHMENTS, and
i even took multiple screenshots to plead my case and yet i am still denied.
SHAME ON YOU!!!!  This is a dishonest thing you guys are doing!!!!!!
You mentioned earlier, that your site HOTBIT.IO is risky site.. I guess you guys werent lying!!! Your customers risk their money daily investing with you.
You guys scammed me out of $160.....Shame on you!
You guys have made the start of the New Year a very disappointing one......

Hello,
I just spent my last $160 on the previous transaction. Also, Shoudn't the previous exchange" COSS.IO" pay for that service since they are the ones that drafted up the TXID.
CAnt you jsut send everything back to the ( 0xd1560b3984b7481cd9a8f40435a53c860187174d ) address?
Im stuck in this situation, and i already lost alot..I didnt even get the chance to go out for new years because of no $$$$$.
im literally stuck!!!!

I really appreciate your help and i apologize for your troubles. I just quite my current Exchange (COSS.IO) for creating the confusion and wont have to deal with them anymore.
I learned alot of you guys the HOTBIT team.

Hello,
Please take a look again. They are both XDCE (XINFIN NETWORK).. I just transferred all my XDCE to HOTBIT because i didnt like the COSS.IO exchange.
I checked the address twice to make sure i was doing everything right, and i did.  Also, what are the chances of having 2 ticker symbols of XDCE?
I really need your help to solve this.
I was starting to like the HOTBIT exchange and i would like to maintain it that way. Im not a scammer and i am an honest human being!
Please do make me lose all my funds. Really look into to this.

Hi, the contract address of XDCE on Hotbit is 0x41ab1b6fcbb2fa9dced81acbdec13ea6315f2bf2
However, the contract address of XDCE that you transferred is  0xd1560b3984b7481cd9a8f40435a53c860187174d
There are two different logos and they are not the same coins. Therefore, it is not shown in your account.

I guess you should contact them in other way, if you know their twitter handle, telegram, or ANN thread here if there is, try to post your concern.
I can't say bad things about hotbit as I have few successful withdrawal with the site.

Posting here such lack of details without valid proofs also your account number will not give you any help. Have you tried to contact their support first related to this issue? If not I suggest to do so.

How many times you have use the exchange with the similar transaction?
I've tried using the site in the past and have not encounter any problem or similar like you had.
