The problem with your thinking is the deal was made in 2014 it seems. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/trust-and-reputation-5336162 if you look at this thread you'll see chuck bought his account. He doesn't say when he purchased said account, but if after 2014 then the new owner cannot help. If prior to 2014 he may have some help. PM chuck and ask.

Oh my bad then, sorry. Thanks for the information, locking the thread now.

I bought this account. If I remember correctly, I bought it at the end of 2016.

Did some digging and was able to find that, he indeed purchased after 2014.

I see there is feedback from HotSwap to ChuckBuck that reads "Purchased 3 Zeusminers Blizzards. Effortless and quick transaction, with great communication throughout. Excellent seller!"

There is also a feeback from Chuck to HotSwap about the same deal, so that confirms the deal did happened.

There are allegations towards HotSwap for a huge amount of scam so I just had a small question- Since Chuck has the address of HotSwap (as they delivered the miner so something cannot be delivered without a designated address) isn't it feasible for Chuck to post their address publicly so that users who got scammed can register their complaints?

I know Chuck can deny this without any questions being privacy is important but the amount scammed is gigantic and I think it's worth risking someone's privacy for such an amount specially when it's scammed off other members. It would actually gain Chuck tons of praises from the scammed victims.

I haven't done 100% research so please make me aware of any facts I might have missed.
