I am not really sure if you have heard this game? The game is an Ethereum based dApp game similar to cryptokitties and it's pretty popular nowadays. Most of my cryptocurrecy colleagues are talking about them and they have also launched their competition. I did not bother joining them as I think that I am late comer to join the hype Roll Eyes. Furthermore, I don't know if you are going to buy a piece of axie for as low as $ 20 which is quite expensive when they are just starting their platform.

Found some good tutorial on youtube if you are interested.

This is a pretty good game. But I'm more inclined to gambling games, than anything else. A decentralized casino with various game offerings like Blackjack, Dice, Poker, and Slots would be a lot of fun. I've tried many on the ETH blockchain, but I'm in search of the hottest one on the industry right now. One with a huge bankroll would be very ideal. What I don't like are the high fees, as it makes you spend more than what you earn. But at least there are alternative blockchain networks (like TRON) which solve this issue. They're just not as popular as Ethereum is.

I've recently heard of a gambling dApp called "FunFair". It runs on the ETH blockchain with a great variety of games to choose from. With ETH 2.0 ready for launch, high fees may no longer be an issue on the Blockchain. What is needed is mainstream adoption above anything else. If decentralized gambling games are adopted at a large scale, they could greatly defeat their centralized counterparts. But knowing that interacting with smart contracts is not as easy as it sounds (especially for non-tech savvy people), makes me think that both the decentralized and centralized gambling industry will co-exist in the future. At least, there's an alternative for gamblers who want censorship-resistance, fairness, and automation above anything else. The fact that you can gamble with ETH or an ERC-20 in an anonymous manner (no ID verification required to play) makes decentralized gambling extremely convenient. Governments may try to regulate decentralized gambling, but their efforts may turn out to be in vain. I hope we'd get more gambling dApps on the ETH blockchain in order to ramp up the competition. Just my opinion Smiley

I haven't experienced using any decentralized gambling dapps so I am a little bit curious if what they are like or what games are available to this kind of feature. You have said that it resemble to centralized counterparts does it mean that decentralized dapps can also host almost all the games that are available in centralized platforms?

I tried searching for it but I wasn't able to get a clearer answer to my questions. I will look forward also if one of our fellow members here can drop some decentralized gambling dApps on Ethereum where they have an experienced in using it so we can assure that it is safe at the time that we will be the one to test and use it.

IIRC, there have been casinos that have been made on ETH since 2016-2017. I can't recall what were those to be exact but with the many of them, a few to nothing I've seen that exists till' today.

Maybe there's a change to the choice of many with the surge of the decentralized apps, these decentralized casinos could retrieve themselves this year and be favorable and be part of other gambler's choice just as you.

I have used many decentralized gambling dApps on the Ethereum blockchain which greatly resemble their centralized counterparts. The fact that there's no middleman involved in the process, makes decentralized gambling truly revolutionary. There's a wide-variety of gambling games built on the ETH blockchain, that are often too hard to ignore. The only downside is having to deal with high fees on ETH just to gamble with minuscule amounts of money. Still, I believe that decentralized gambling is better than traditional gambling as it focuses on fairness and automation without any middleman involved.

That's why I'm on the hunt for the hottest or most popular decentralized gambling dApps on Ethereum. If you happen to know of any, I'd appreciate if you could share them with me. Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Smiley
