I've caught a few decent sized fish. There were no offers though; I don't think many people have stacks of 10k bitcoins laying around.

There is a map on the link and you can see it's relation to the water. If you scroll up it allows you to zoom in and the map turns into real photos. There is access to a public dock and a boat slip.. a gazebo and picnic area is there for parties by the water.
As far as financing I'll ask my him about that. No offers yet.
