Bitcoin and co.
Due to paypal-bitcoin is risky, most people would really want to see your profile with trust/credibility all positive. Even thought it's just $7, people need assurance to comfort themselves to trade with you. Maybe you can try sites like xmlgold.eu. Not sure though.

You can check out Bitcoin Forum > Economy > Marketplace > Currency exchange , there may be people willing to exchange using PayPal, since
it's only 7$ in trade amount. (This doesnt work when u ask for much bigger amount due to reversibility risk, but 7$..i think it will pass)

cheers
I don't think people will be interested, even if the amount is "only $7" as people have scammed for less then a dollar in the past. IMO the risk is simply too high to accept PayPal funds from someone without an extensive PayPal trading history.

God dammit, I thought I was in that section.
Your thread was reported and subsequently moved to trading discussion (where it is now) because you are not actually trying to trade PayPal for bitcoin as per your OP, but are rather asking how one would conduct such a trade.

Because it's only $7 and you're not a newb you should try appealing to members in the currency exchange section. If that fails, there's always virwox.

https://www.virwox.com/

Without a solid trading history you will most likely not be able to trade any amount of paypal on the forum. There are simply too many scammers
