Our Founder:
GARDNER, Maxim is Co-Founder and CEO of ESCROW COIN LIMITED.

Found this on the "About Us "section of the website and searching the name above won't show you anything about a CEO of any trading site so it's obviously a scam.

Clicked the trading pairs that they offer and it just redirect you to tradingview with its associated ticker. What you all see on the website are fake. They don't even have social media that can show if they can be really trusted.
That is quite the "detective" move right there mate, proper Sherlock move and I definitely appreciate it. Feels like when you want to scam people on crypto world, you need to be a lot better in the fake stuff because as we can see here from skylarx and end up with something that would be found out and you would be ousted quite good.

In the end, we are not going to end up with anything that would be usable with this website at all, it is a bad one. I am 100% willing to wager that OP asked about it because they wanted SEO and promotion for the website, and instead of getting good attention, it got bad attention and now a little bit worse compared to when they started this website.

Farewell, Leo. You will be missed!
Plus upon investigating, they want a deposit of 0.019 bitcoin to "confirm the authenticity of my wallet address"....
Bitcoin addresses and wallets don't need to be authenticated, unlocked, approved, or anything similar. The whole idea is to have you deposit the coins to that address and then they are done with you. Onto the next victim we go.

Seems like the site owners are running a campaign trying to prove they are trusted with fake Trustpilot reviews and rankings. They gave themselves five stars every time and all (except one) reviews were posted in the last week.

Thanks all!

This is 100% not a advertisement or anything like that. Actually I am selling a business and the buyer wants to ONLY do the transaction through this website.. being new to crypto, I didn't have any information and could not find any details on the website and was quite skeptical.

This is quite a possible scenario, I have encountered similar situations before.
My friend got an offer to do some programming work where it would be paid with Bitcoin, but the funds had to go through some such obscure exchange. I had a hard time explaining to him that he wasn't really paid for his work and that he will not be able to withdraw his money, even if he has made the required deposit.

i hope you didn't fall for his scam attempt, it's a good thing that you're asking people if they used it before, but also you can try and google it yourself and you might find bad reviews, don't trust anything on the internet before you're sure about it, try using and dealing with big famous and well known names in the crypto market to avoid such scams.

We get similar attempts on the daily basis so that's why people are so suspicious about your real motive here.

That is oldest trick in the book and  is proof enough that its a scam website and that should be avoided at all cost.

I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt here and think that you're not blatantly advertising your site — but how do you even land upon such site that isn't even indexed on Google?

$657B of trading volume and 56 million verified users but it's not even indexed on Google. Sure sure seems legit.

this is absolutely not a promotion or advertisement of this site, but apologies for making you feel so. Actually, I am 100% brand new to crypto and I am selling an ecommerce business where the buyer wants to do the transaction through this site and I was very skeptical. Just was looking for advice.

It seems that you chose the wrong place to try to promote the scam project, and I am sure that the members above have given all these negative reviews without even getting 10 visits to the site.
I advise you to move away from these old methods of scamming and try to build something useful.

Cryptocurrency trading means that you are guaranteed that the trading platform will accept your money and that there are enough trading volumes which is something that does not happen to a new platform that does not get enough traffic.

Seems to have all the usual signs of a scam site:

-   Unknown site.

-   Recently created.

-   Fragments copied and pasted from here and there on other sites.

-   Asked/promoted by a newbie account.

And then we can add little odd bits and pieces:

-   Cloned site also existing on another IP: http[colon]//46[dot]101[dot]99[dot]83

-   The above clone site was archived a year ago with a different trading platform name that was actually incomplete in the capture, and where part of the text of the OP’s site is cloned from: https://archive.ph/nENDR

I would’t spend another second on this site.

Seeing the appearance of the site which is simple and very light to access made me a little interested and have tried to create an account on the site, moreover I see if they are quite convincing by showing off a fairly large trading volume but indeed a suspicious achievement with such a quite large volume for a new site, and they say the site is used by more than +100 countries including mine, but some of the senior traders I know have never even heard of the site.
I'm not an expert in checking whether a site is scam or not and that's why I thank you for describing in sufficient detail the reasons why the site might be a scam and luckily I haven't made a deposit to the site.

@OP, I have never seen nor heard your website but this is what makes me remember a lot of things from this thread: Don't get tricked by hidden spam on this forum

We all know to not click on any suspicious links, and on this forum spam usually gets deleted pretty quickly. However, there's a special kind of spam links that often stays for longer periods of time.
It usually looks like the following:

Code:
Has anyone tried this service?
*link to the service or just name of the service*

By making it look like the original poster isn't promoting the service but merely asking people's opinions about it, such thread generates much more clicks and genuine replies than the usual spam link that gets deleted after a few minutes. The sites that are spammed in this way are usually the same scams, ponzi's, phishing and malware sites.

Here's some tips for distinguishing genuine questions from hidden spam:
1. OP is a brand new account.
If OP is a fresh account, they probably were registered with sole purpose of starting this thread.

2. The thread is created in incorrect section.
If you see such threads in board other than Service Discussions, it should raise a huge red flag.

3. The OP is very short.
Legitimate topics about services usually start with some small personal review or short description of a service. Spam threads usually start with just a single question like "Have you heard about X?".

A lot of signs that you've there OP just as what it's been told. And it's good to bring this up in here so that everyone will have to remember all of these signs.

Very apt signal of scam presented here. My concern is, I was trying to check where the site and its project got related to bitcoin.

Op move your topic to the appropriate section.
What an advertisement strategy!
Acting innocent and unaware of your own piece.

Searched for escrowcoinhub on coinmarketcap and the search results with cryptoasset escrowcoin and there is no exchange added to the exchanges list. An exchange with a quarterly volume of $657B supported in 100+ countries and having 56+ million users should've got added to the coinmarketcap. The domain have been created an year ago during the month of May. Within a years time such a big number of users is a big success and this could've been popular by now.
