lolz, insane...
I wonder, where one puts so many GFX's.
Anyone with such a beast rig(s) can post a pic? (can't seem to find one)

I don't have a pic but I actually had my miners on the property next door (it's mine but I rent it) in a shed I built for holding firewood. It was perfect and I often ran the power off a diesel genset we use for a portable kiln. I'd load it up with used veg oil in the summer and let it rip for free power (minus oil changes, they're not free, but I'd add the used motor oil to the fuel of course). A furnace blower provided air flow to cool the cards and on hot days I just shut it down. Went two years with it until i moved beyond mining.

I'm in the process of building a farm form LTC/Scrypt-based farming.

65,000 KH/s is nothing if you have the money for it. Admittedly, I'm small potatoes at the moment, but a small commercial space with proper ventilation can easily break 100,000 KH/s.

Some people have been mining for a long time and reinvested a lot. If 1 card gives you profit, there is no reason to not buy 100 cards for 100 the profit. Of course if you started mining in 2012 and are on an average household salary getting that many cards might sound outrageous.

Yes, there are people out there with 100+ gpu litecoin mining farms. I calculated it takes $140 in electric a month to make $448 mining litecoins. Just imagine 100+ gpu's, the profit is insane.

I've seen as high as 95MH/s.  I do believe a few of the really high hash rates are from botnets.

When I stopped mining BTC I was well over 100 cards, the fact that you can't accept that number is entertaining.

However, some people do have CPU driven bot nets running CPU miners, but I doubt there are that many around.

Sorry but I can't accept the idea that it's the gpu's that are producing such a hashrate.  Most I've seen so far is 65K kh/s.  That would take 92 5970 and I highly doubt anyone has 90+ 5970s.

Is there any other way to get that amount of hashrate?

No. Check out the pictures of peoples' rigs on the mining forum; there are definitely people out there with 100+ GPUs.
