Sacrifice a month to get your GPUs delivered to you, that's all I can say cos in my own country I can't buy a gtx1660 super for even 600$ right now and in China I can order for one at 400$, this is a big difference in price IMO, also it's not easy to get used graphic cards here so buying from China is the best way to go for me

Those of you ordering graphic cards online and getting it shipped to you in a week or two how are you doing it? Lately I always received gpus from other countries in 3 to 4 weeks max, is there anyway to speed things up?

I think you are talking about new GPU-s and with that pretty much you are restricted to those options local retailers or buying from big international markets. The only way to speed things up is to buy used cards in local marketplaces in your country,I bought about 3 cards used ,RX 5700 xt,GTX 1080 ti and RTX 3060 ti from some personal users who wanted to get rid of them and for me it was a good investment as both cards are running really well until now.If you take this risk and accept used cards this is the only way to speed things up.

maybe buy it directly from your local retailer? is the price difference so huge that buying from overseas is cheaper for you? that's interesting. in my country, due to the taxes, the difference is probably not worth it to buy from overseas.
You guys thinks that it's same with all countries when buying gadgets? This isn't food or clothes mates, in my country a GPU that costs 200$ on Amazon is 400$, that's twice the price of the GPU and believe me this is 100% real most especially in Africa countries, you need to order for GPUs out of the country to get reasonable price

It depends on which country you are in. Average delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks, but some sellers have fast shipping for an additional $ 50-100.
You need to calculate which is more profitable and whether you can recoup additional costs using mining in 2 weeks.
Although, to be honest, I don't understand why ordering video cards in other countries, if there are already a lot of discount video cards sold in my country
Although if I were you, I would ask like this:
I am, for example, in Sudan. How can I get video cards in 2 weeks?
