This has been confirmed to be a scam. See the thread above. They have changed their name several times but their idea is still the same, to steal people's money.

One word, malware.

The site listed (and that I have purposely not quoted) probably has a wallet stealer.

Avast Antivirus blocked me from viewing the site due to malware.

I received an advertisement today about a site that is selling bitcoin for real cheap. 100 bitcoin for only $450. How is this possible? Are these places legit at all? I don't get it.
The site is www.btkoin.com and the prices are so damn tempting but usually if it's too good, it is too good to be true.

If you google them there is a claim that they are the same scammers as mtgax.com (typo squatting) as well as other scams.  If they were real I could buy 100 coins from them and make an instant $500 profit.

And they're buying bitcoin for $7.7 each.  You could make unlimited money buying and selling to them.  Wink

Yeah, I would stay far away if I was you.  Also if I was me, which I am, which is why I won't be buying from them.
