Reputation can be improve by trusting people so that they can trust you back and once that is done reputation is built.
Just keep trying, you will be eventually noticed.
Give people something to remember you about that is good. Do good deeds.
Growing up plays a big role in life because people learn many things as they grow and all together thats important. People should change for the better most times in my opinion.
