I contacted Atomic Wallet Support and they gave me the solution as follows:
If you urgently need to access your funds, here is the instruction on how to import the mnemonic phrase from Atomic to Daedalus Wallet:
1) Download Daedalus wallet https://daedaluswallet.io/#download
2) Import your mnemonic. Here is the instruction on where to find the mnemonic
https://support.atomicwallet.io/article/19-how-to-view-your-private-keys-backup-phrase
3) Send ADA from Daedalus.
I downloaded Daedalus wallet and imported my wallet via seed (not private key) and it really worked, but you need to start with synchronizing the wallet and you will download the entire ADA blockchain onto your device as this takes some time, after it finishes your ADA coins appear and then you can send them to an exchange Or another wallet.

Thank you, unfortunately I tried to search the internet for a similar problem and did not find the solution yet, I found ways to import other currencies such as ETH but I couldn't find a solution to the ADA import problem.
Also, I tried and downloaded some wallets that support ADA, but all of them do not have the option to import via PrivateKey.

I have some Cardano coins (ADA) in my Atomic wallet, almost these coins are frozen due to the recent update by Shelley. Unfortunately, Atomic wallet has not yet been updated and my coins are stuck there, but I have the private key for Cardano.
My question: Can I import these coins to a wallet other than Atomic wallet with the private key?
What is a good wallet that can be used to do this?
