If I could answer you what exactly need to do, I would be a successful youtube too. Still, Let's discuss it. You have mentioned two games named which is Free Fire (Garena) and PUBG (Tencent). Free fire becomes more popular and most of the Free fire Youtubers getting more views than PUBG. So, I would recommend you to play Free Fire and record a video. There is a lot of Successful YouTubers. Try to collaborate with them. I am not sure where are you from. Don't buy subscribers, try to get promoted from another YouTuber. That will give you genuine subscribers.

First of all you need a good setup for that to record and montage your content to get a high quality videos and unique work. Nowadays there's many gamers that are very successful and have millions of views and subscribers for their good content so if you focus on making good content with unique ideas and game plays I'm sure you will become a successful one.
The fastest way to do is to promote your youtube channel by making contest for your subscribers and followers so you can bring more to join your channel.
Try to do more live game playing and show your game play for the viewer. Well this also needs a well talkative person that communicate well with the audience and make you live fun and not boring.

Follow your skills in Gaming and upload contents that shows the Tips/Tricks/Walkthroughs of the above mentioned games that you play.

You can also record your Gameplay and add a Voice-over into the Video Clip by demonstrating the steps or tactics that you used while playing that particular game or a particular move in the game. This will indirectly attract users to your Channel who are gamers and finding it difficult to clear any specific game level, they would simply search on YouTube for this and might end-up viewing your Video.

Do name your YouTube Video Title properly by keeping in focus about the Keywords and the content in your Video. At the same time design a cool yet simple Thumbnail which represents the video instead of Misleading / Clickbait.

The best solution is to invest in your blog. I I want to create my own YouTube channel about 3D printing. And the second hobby is gambling. Although I hate to say this but it's much better to grow your subscribers organically than buying them in various service providers. The process is going to take a long time for you to build your subscribers organically, but at least they are very targeted.

Start off by joining gaming groups in social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, etc. Also ask your friends if they belong to a GC full of Youtube gamers whether pre-recorded or live for you to share your video. You've got to be consistent in creating content on Youtube.

And if you have some spare cash, try hosting a small giveaway in exchange of letting them subscribe and follow your Youtube and other social media channels. The journey is not easy, but it's gonna be worth in the end.

The fastest way to get subscribers is to buy them and now many are selling them. after that you just need to upload your videos that are of consistent quality, be patient and make the audience comfortable, then people will definitely come back again to watch your next video..
