I am trying my best to develop my knowledge to know about the forum my id was opened long ago but I was not active in the forum but now I am currently trying to be active and try to do something good with it I don't know if I will be successful but still  I will try my best.

In that case, that should be your first priority, right? If you wanna be a campaign manager here, you should probably learn more about this place first.  Can't expect folks to trust you to run things if you don't even know that much about the community yet.

Understanding the people and the culture should be your priority number one.  If you don't devote enough effort there you'll just end up stumbling when it comes time to put that knowledge into practice.  Rushing never got anyone too far.  Slow down, put your head down, focus on learning for now.  The rest will follow in time.  Just gotta be patient and do the work first.

I have an idea about service board and maybe I can get many big campaign managers from there but what I am trying to know is whether there is any other way to get campaigns apart from service board I have seen many managers have no post on their service board yet they run continues campaign.

How are they actually doing the job?

Long story short-> spend time here, achieve experience and gain knowledge so you can easily understand how to become a campaign manager. Best of luck.

Post your vacancy on the service board. But remember that you may be hired by people planning a scam who have no intention of paying either the manager or the bounty hunters themselves. If you can't recognize a scam, it's easy to get scammed with big money that you'll never see. But all responsibility for advertising such a project will fall on you. And it’s not hard to guess what will happen to your account. DT members will leave you negative feedback.
Accept that a good company will not hire you until you are known and have earned a reputation as an experienced manager. And I think you understand that ad fraud only harms you.

I would not consider you at this current rank managing a bounty campaign as the odd for you to get a good bounty will be rare, any project that knows business will always look for managers of bounty campaigns with higher rank as for sure they will have the best community to carry out the promotion.

I will advise you first spend more time in the forum and learn the ways and make your self more reputable in the forum as it will then be more easier for you.

Another thing is most senior members and above will be afraid to join your bounties, because the chances of getting paid will be lesser.

It would be very helpful if newbies to bitcointalk forum could tell me the process of how to start campaign manager because I am going to start campaign manager how should I first start or where can I arrange Signature/Bounty campaign ?
Don't rush to become a campaign manager, but be a participant first so you will be exposed on how a campaign works and how a manager does his tasks and duties to maintain a good and reputable campaign. Having said that, level up on your rank first so you will be qualified to apply for a position in a campaign.

However, to answer your question, be knowledgeable on crypto and the forum itself so you can be an ideal campaign manager. And develop your skills on managing your team because in order for a campaign to last working, the manager should know how to value and appreciate the works of every member and he should serve as a model to his team.

I assume very few / no managers asked this question (how to become a manager) with a topic are now providing their service as a manager. I wanted to tell you that to become a manager need a lot of experience, need to know how the forum works, and how the bounty/signature campaign works. What are the things done by a campaign Manager.

To achieve this knowledge and experience you have to know the forum well. You have to spend a good amount of time here. Need to join in the Bounty and signature campaign to understand the Manager's tasks well. Once you enroll in some bounties/signature campaigns you can understand it easily.

Let's talk about how the campaigns come to the Campaign manager. Most of them come from their Ann thread and direct contacts with the project team( but in this case, experience and portfolio play an important role).

On the other hand, you are talking about the campaign managers who don't have their service ann thread even they are newbies/brand new accounts. Yes, you are right, the newbie is also now a campaign manager but I am pretty sure they are running campaigns with alternative accounts who have experiences but previously lost their reputation.

Long story short-> spend time here, achieve experience and gain knowledge so you can easily understand how to become a campaign manager. Best of luck.

There is no barrier between people gaining knowledge and learning, if you want you can also learn how to run signature campaigns and run Bounty campaigns, but that requires your experience.
Since you have come to this forum, you must know that we have several well-respected signature campaign managers here, namely @Hhampuz @Royse777 @icopress @Cryptorenuebrainboss.
You can visit their service board to see their signature campaigns and see how they have designed them beautifully.
You can see their campaigns on the service board here.

In short, it is a job that depends on trust, your experience in combating spam, and the proper use of the budget available to you.

First time no one may have come here with experience all the new comers have gained experience so I am posting this, I want to know from old ones and experienced ones from where I can arrange new campaign.
If you wish to know from people who have done it before (experience) you should go to service board where you have people like @Hampuz, @Royse777, @Wwszocki etc you can learn from them if you will be able to contact them.

Deciding to start campaign management is easy but It is not so easy to get a campaign here. Yes it is true that campaign management can be started from any rank account but for campaign management you need to have enough experience like ability to check post quality of users and also know marketing strategy to know how to offer your services to a client.
Once you have these skills, you can open your service thread on service boards and start your campaign management journey. But getting projects is very difficult and for this you need to follow the right marketing strategy, bring different thinking and reach the right place with your service offering.

Asking such questions may reduce your chance to be a campaign manager

I agree with you in this case I may be less bent to getting campaigns as I'm new so I'd like to get help from someone with experience so I don't have to run blind.

What are your qualifications? Do you have any experience? If yes, you can create a service announcement thread here and interested project will come to you if you meet up with their requirements. If you have no experience yet and you are interested in that aspect, I would advise you to reach out to any of the campaign manager and have a deal with them.

Asking such questions may reduce your chance to be a campaign manager, as the campaign manager is supposed to have sufficient experience in determining the quality of members’ posts, combating spam, the places in which they post compared to what the campaign requires, have enough trust to avoid abuse such as hiring his friends, accepted by most of the community and all of these things are not available in a newbie account.

I don't blame him too much thou but judging from how long the account was created, Op should already know how this things are been conducted here if he's really serious about becoming a manager but I can see he's not too active in the forum from his activities count. However, I have seen newbies conducting bounties in the forum even if I can not tell how it use to end up. My point is that, it might be very difficult for a beginner but they have to start from somewhere. You can not just build trust from nowhere. Even the reputable managers here started at some point like this but they prove themselves to be reliable and trusted. So, I think Op too can do it if he means business.

The job you seek is a very tiring job buddy and it requires a lot of reputation and trust.

To achieve success in being a campaign manager you must have your own ideas not copy and paste of others ideas. You also need to  look at the existing campaign managers services and find a new idea to improve the work that will give you chance to be heard. People don't like to do business with untrusted people so for you to become a manager you most have done something that requires people trusting you.

It's a whole lot of job to do. You most know different things in the forum already before you can handle such business.
If you want to learn how to handle bounty management you can contact. @Royse777 in the forum or telegram to learn about campaign management as he offers to teach such course.

...
Side idea: I am thinking to launch a bitcointalk campaign management course. You will be learning:

Chapter 5
