What is the simplest way to acquire BTCD with 1000USD on my bank account (not wallet). And what is the most secure way of doing this without having to code?
There is a fiat->BTCD debit card in the works, but it hasn't been released yet.
To do this completely anonymously, I'd recommend localbitcoins.com.
However, prices there tend to be higher than most exchanges.
Unfortunately, I don't think you are going to be able to do this without going through BTC, unless you are willing to find someone you trust to send you BTCD directly in exchange for cash, or maybe through Google Wallet. I sold some doge directly like this on Reddit before, but there were lots of scammers.
