2 is to talk about bitcoin often
Talking about BTC is not bad, i talk about BTC, but to my pals that also understand BTC. Do not discuss BTC with strangers in the neighborhood, or with people who would think you are rich because you know something about BTC. I believe that most people have heard something about BTC, just that they were not interested in it, for anyone who is interested, they will surely find resources online that will educate them on what they want to know.

The way you can contribute to bitcoin will depend on the country you are in. In some countries, trying to contribute to bitcoin by running open promotions like hosting conferences or meet-ups can be illegal and by doing so even though you are unaware, you put yourself at risk.
Even you live in a country where Bitcoin is illegal, hosting a conference or meet up about Bitcoin shouldn't be illegal. It's because you're only want to have a conversation or teach about Bitcoin, not necessary invite people to buy Bitcoin or to own it. As long as you're not encouraging people to buy Bitcoin, technically it's legal.

Education isn't a crime.

In some countries also, trying to include bitcoin payments in your business because you own a business can be just inviting trouble to your business. Know the laws in your country concerning bitcoins, so you do not get arrested in the process of trying to contribute to bitcoin.

Hello everybody !

First I would like to thank everyone here on this forum. I always have found people helping and being respectful so that's great !

I've been interested in Bitcoin since 2019 and each year I learn new things and dig deeper in the rabbit hole.

I run a full node since 2 years 24h/24h
I run an avalon nano 3 miner since a few days for fun and you know... the very thin possibility to mine a bloc one day !

I'd like to know how I could contribute more ? (I don't have dev skills so no coding for me)

What are you doing yourself to help bitcoin grow ?

Thank you.

Read Satoshi’s old posts over and over. Study Nick Szabos history of money blogs and speeches, read Andreas Antonopoulos books and watch his YT channel, and take advantage of the fact that you’re a part of one of bitcoins most important catalysts and will go down in the history books ..this website, and that we’ve got a legendary cryptographer who’s done so much for btc but still takes time here and there to discuss things with fools like myself (Gmaxwell) ..and you’ve got lesser known /unsung geniuses here like PowerGlove to learn from ..stay off twitter and Reddit ..most there are idiots (I bet anything Theymos would agree with me on that and he’s the head mod at r/bitcoin.  Then use that and talk with people about it.

I’ve gotten so many buddies interested in btc by the physical bitcoin hobby I’ve been a part of for many years..just talk about it. Don’t share what you own , just explain its benefits, when someone is willing to listen. It all adds up.

Read this!!!! (Amazing how few stlll have) https://mmalmi.github.io/satoshi/

I live in a small town in France where crypto is not well received (for the moment) but I bet things are going to change fast, younger businessmen are open to it and start talking about it so hopefully I can play my part when there will be a need to implement paying solutions for exemple.

It is even better if you start telling young businessmen about the profitability of investing in Bitcoin, showing its growth prices over time. I think you will be able to interest them since they are not yet filled with rumors from the news, sometimes carrying nonsense. You must be honest with people, showing all sides of Bitcoin, talking about its volatility, and saying that you do not need to invest based on their immediate desire and greed, telling them that people need time to make a profit. I think that young businessmen, like no one else, have great opportunities to buy Bitcoin or open a business based on transactions with it. The older generation is quite skeptical about all new trends, and it is the young who will have to spread and use Bitcoin for its distribution.

If you aim to contribute to the growth and promotion for bitcoin, you can introduce it to your friends and neighborhood by using it as a payment mode in your own business. But first educate them on the value of bitcoin, and how they can use it as a payment method. Another thing is, if you are a writer or a journalist, you can make a good documentation about bitcoin. Try to unlock its real potentials to the people, without putting fiat as an enemy or a close competitor to bitcoin.

Why only introduce them to bitcoin as a payment method and not as an investment? I know that the original purpose of bitcoin created by satoshi was to be a currency but our world sees it as an investment. Many people are profiting from it and it can change their lives, why don't we try to help those around us in the same way? Also, how many people do you think would care if bitcoin was only used as a currency while they are still happy with fiat? Do you use bitcoin for payments instead of fiat? Obviously this is unrealistic given what is going on as many people do not use bitcoin as a currency, most only use it as an investment. So I don't see anything wrong with us introducing bitcoin to people as an investment.

Majority people who are here is a programmer who has helped Bitcoin in different way so if you have their own mean to help bitcoin to get to another level you can do it through your technology but we who are here in this community we are promoting Bitcoin so making people to know about bitcoin is another thing that makes bitcoin to grow unlike before many people does not know about Bitcoin but today people have known about Bitcoin that made them to develop more interest in Bitcoin if this continent is more than nine about seven continent fully aware of Bitcoin from my own understanding of bitcoin viral awareness

Thank you.

A simple hodling long teem is already a good contribution for Bitcoin since you can help to lessen the sell pressure that will be available in the market. Imagine many people will do this will surely make the price sky rocket above the current achievement which the 100K price mark.

Recruiting friends and family to use Bitcoin and simply use it to buy goods online is already a contribution since you are using it instead of fiat.

You can definitely contribute to Bitcoin by learning that dev/coding skills you don't have and that's just a start because you got to own a wallet, perform transactions using Bitcoin, start and finish a well thought out investment plan like DCAing, learn to trade using Bitcoin and a reputable exchange, be a ambassador for Bitcoin and partake in its contest, events and seminars.
It may take a lot but in championing the cause for Bitcoin, you got to show you can be a mentor with the best Bitcoin knowledge at your expense and that's how you become a valuable contributor to Bitcoin.

I understand that without bitcoin’s promotion and people’s contribution to raise awareness about its potentials, bitcoin will experience slower growth and progress. Most especially that we also have some competitive altcoins that are just waiting to take an edge over bitcoin.

However, we are talking here about bitcoin, the most useful and profitable innovation that have ever created, and not just a weak and worthless coin. So even if we do promote it or not, the growth will still likely continue most especially that its effect to the network is very high. And with institutional adoption that continues to take place, it drives more demand to attract bigger companies and other prominent institutions to let them see and realize that bitcoin is a good store of value and a hedge against inflation.

There are various ways in which you can help in the growth of Bitcoin I'm just going to give 3 which I believe are easy and you can do with ease
1 will be to HODl
L Bitcoin
You can't say you want to help in its growth when you do not HODL Bitcoin
It may not be an extremely big amount. Just start small and keep on purchasing

2 is to talk about bitcoin often
You don't have to convince anyone to buy Bitcoin
Just talk about its attributes and how it has helped society in various ways. I'm pretty sure people will show interest and also decide to purchase bitcoin

3. You should purchase goods and services with Bitcoin
Depending on the geographical location, this may prove tasking, but in any opportunity you get, you should purchase your goods and services through Bitcoin

I would also add learning about BTC to the second point you made.
Because talking about any coin is good and healthy, but learning about it more - too.
This forum is one of the best places to do so and share perspectives on different concepts.

Yes thank you for this piece of advice, I already tried and I was a bit lost with those channel things and saw many people say they lost funds experimenting with it and I'm not experienced enough to play with this and the very small amount of BTC I have. Also I understand that if you don't have much, people won't use your "routes" and you will not make money out of it.

I think as said before your post, that promoting bitcoin and using it are the best things I can do now Smiley

there are many things that can be done,
firstly learn about bitcoin and especially learn about anything bitcoin related happening in your region.
(local services to promote/get involved in, local meet-ups/conventions, your local government representatives stance on crypto)

there are alot of people that like to do face to face exchanging in a safe space. and socially gather to talk about it (much as the anime people like to go to comic-con and cosplay conventions)
so learn about bitcoin and if there is not much events/stuff happening in your region, you could try to become the event organiser to start meet-ups in your area and if progressively more popular, you can upgrade from meeting up at a cafe with like minded people to start a formal meeting place and progress to a conference/convention space.

i have seen people try turning their local area into a tourist area centred around crypto, such as bars/cafe's that accept crypto as payment or even selling locally or online crypto themed novelty items
if you are business minded you can look into opportunities of starting crypto related businesses

also if you are into politics, you can keep an eye on any involvement of your local governors involvement of any bitcoin law/regulation and petition them if what they propose does not meet the bitcoin community standards

if you are more of a social influencer you could look into the real facts of bitcoin and discern the fact from fiction of the social media representations of crypto

spreading awareness. correcting myths, starting businesses all help to strengthen bitcoin in the real world

i understand you are not a dev, so peer review, scrutiny of the dev-politics of protocol changes are not your path. however awareness of protocol changes (which usually get translated by others from code jargon to 'normal speak') can help yourself and others to know if bitcoin is going in the right direction where you can also be involved in prompting the core devs to stick with bitcoins principles, rather than changing into a wallstreet puppet

..without knowing what skills/experience you do have in the real world of employment, its a little harder for us to guess the best path you can help support bitcoin, but i hope i added some ideas beyond the narrow 'just run a node' rhetoric

Thank you Franky1 that was inspiring indeed ! If you have any business you're running or managing, you can add Bitcoin as your second payment option. If you see someone that is interested in Bitcoin, you can also educate them more about the technology. Some person just know the word "Bitcoin" and nothing else.

I wish I could but I can only get paid in FIAT as I receive money from a large mainstream company.
I have received one payment in BTC so far from a friend because I painted his appartment Smiley

What you say about Bitcoin payment education in your own business cannot be applied in all countries, and it depends on how regulations are implemented.
I am in Indonesia with limited regulation and are only allowed to use Crypto as a commodity tool and can be more than that.

As an initial education, of course, it can be adjusted in every place, and about the values of bitcoin and what are its benefits and how bitcoin is used as a commodity trade or as a legal medium of exchange if adoption is allowed in your country of residence.

And some real potentials or comparisons of bitcoin with Fiat, both have advantages and disadvantages,
but currently Fiat is the main payment and Bitcoin is an optional payment that can compete quite well.

There are many ways that can be done to get involved in Bitcoin's contribution and spread knowledge about bitcoin,
especially now that Bitcoin is famous and will reach an ATH of $100k which of course Bitcoin is increasingly becoming a trending topic.

How many of your friends and family have you orange pilled?

You might be able to use some of these resources to get more people onto the bitcoin life raft.

https://www.whatisbitcoin.com/culture/tools-to-orange-pill-friends-family

Beyond stacking sats and running our own nodes, there's only so much that we can do. The next step is just to help others do the same and I think most of that is just helping people to understand that they have a problem and that fiat is the root of that problem. That's where the orange pill starts and that's where I think anyone and everyone can contribute more to bitcoin.

You just have to help one more person.

Thank you.
If by help BTC grow means how to get more satoshi then you can rank up here and once you get enough ranked required to apply for a signature campaign then you can join it and can make money in the form of BTC. Use those BTC as investment in the BTC means don't convert them just keep them as you recive them and over a period of 4 years you will see them growing from 2x to 4x easily. After that you can use that amount to invest in alts like currently the alt season is close so it can give us good investment opportunities.

I don't mine and I also don't have any technical skills, Speaking of why I don't mine, it's because I don't have enough equipment, and mining requires some good mind relief, like if it's not legal in a country then the citizens of that country won't prefer to mine but the best way is to do DCA if you have another source of income or try to earn BTC from signature campaigns.

There are many things you can do to contribute to Bitcoin, the simplest thing is you can start investing in it and hold it in your wallet. Or you can spread the right education about Bitcoin to others and teach them how to invest their money in Bitcoin, or pay for your credit or internet package with Bitcoin. Simple things like that have really helped Bitcoin to grow in the future.

To support Bitcoin is also to spread the word of Bitcoin among other things. What we are currently doing on this forum including the OP is supporting bitcoin in the way of promoting it. When you write about bitcoin and educate people more on how to get better using bitcoin you're already supporting bitcoin. For people who have the passion, if you're one of those, you can also create courses and classes to teach people on how to delve into your areas of strength in Bitcoin by tutoring them in practicals what basic knowledges on crypto.

If you have the funds, you can invest in Bitcoin by holding your bitcoins for the future. It could be through DCA approach or Lumpsum depending on which one you're more used to. And if you're a trader, then delve into trading by engaging on feature or spot trades.

You can also decide to invest in little bitcoin projects around that are trustworthy in form of charity or profits too. When you make your research and find prospective bitcoin projects, you can always contact the project developers and seek for how to invest in their projects. These are a few ways you can actually contribute more to bitcoin. It is generally by staying around the system.

Rebuking fake information about Bitcoin shows that you mean well for Bitcoin so you can also show more support and contributions towards the growth of Bitcoin by helping people to know the right information about Bitcoin. You can do this by standing against any wrong information you come across on the Internet, leaving a good comment when you see a negative write up will go a long way in helping people who will come across your message.

In other ways you can do a little bonus if you run a business and accept payments on Bitcoin, a little incentive can go as well as bringing more people to make payments using Bitcoin but be sure you won't be affected or your business when you do so.

One of my friend is running a node and investing by DCA after he saw me do it, another is starting and has a cold wallet, another is also starting but uses Binance ( it takes time to explain cold custody )

If you have received the right recommendation from your friend, be sure to teach him how to do it so that you don't take the wrong step, but if you are diverted to another asset first because for now the market will definitely go down temporarily after the new ATH is broken.

HERE IS THE SIMPLE TIPS OF CONTRIBUTE MORE TO BIT COIN,
1. CREATE GROUPS OF YOUR FRIEND CIRCLE
2. DISCUSS WITH NEIBOURS ABOUT BIT COIN
3. CREATE PROFILES (INSTA, X, FACEBOOK MANY MORE SOCIAL MEDIA)
Firstly, there is no need to write your post in upper case letters, it would make members skip your post without reading it. These 'tips' of yours are not recommended, this is just like telling everyone that you own BTC and that is not safe, why do you need to create social media profiles to talk about BTC. You can educate a few friends who show genuine interest to understand what BTC is, but i don't like the idea of going after people to discuss BTC.

Id you don't have much idea on coding and mining on bitcoin then the simplest way to contribute to the growth of bitcoin is to invest in bitcoin. When you have invested in bitcoin then you have participated in the growth of bitcoin. Bitcoin just need more adoption from all over the world. And the adoption of bitcoin the cryptocurrency will expand to many part of the world and through you more people will also involved again and another expansion you have added. You can invest for people if you like it. Or if you selling things, you can accept bitcoin in your shops and people will come and buy things in your shops with bitcoin and you are contributing for the growth of bitcoin.

You can wear this in public, which make people know you're a Bitcoiner and increase the chance of being targeted by $5 wrench attack.

Exactly, Investing in bitcoin and keeping it in your wallet for a long time is the best way to increase its value.
Nah, if you leave your coins in your wallet, it won't grow. But, if you stake your coins on centralized exchange, you will get interest and it's increase your holdings (I didn't mean to ask you to stake your coins, though).

Do not talk badly about bitcoin, even during bear period always talk about how it will be improving and you are going to make a lot of money in the future by investing during the bear market and you could wait until the bull market and you would be making a lot of profit.
It's like convincing someone to invest in your business, people are likely scared if there's nothing bad with the business/product.

Simple things like that have really helped Bitcoin to grow in the future.

Buying Bitcoin and storing it in your wallet barely helps it grow in the long run. Holding Bitcoin is only good for personal gains because if the price goes up, you get profits on your holdings, but it doesn't help it grow. The growth of a system depends mainly on its usage. The more it is used, the more it will grow over time in terms of becoming more widespread and used by more and more people.

If someone loves Bitcoin as a technology and wants it to stay around for a longer period, they should focus more on its usage and should try to make small businesses and business owners accept Bitcoin as a payment method so that others can know about it and use it as well. This will promote Bitcoin as a mode of payment for which it was created in the first place.

Exactly, Investing in bitcoin and keeping it in your wallet for a long time is the best way to increase its value. And continue to seek knowledge and gain expertise in bitcoin so that if someone comes to you for guidance, you will be able to do so without difficulty, and you will profit when the market goes well. It is a good idea to use bitcoin as a payment method in your business; if you want to donate in bitcoin, everyone who buys your produce should send it through bitcoin. However, some people will want to use it as a payment method, but because certain countries do not consider bitcoin is illegal, it will be difficult to locate a business that requires bitcoin to make payment expect you will do it in hide that he won't be popular. By investing in bitcoin for long term as even finished everything for you. Because your investment as become contribution. you trust it that is why you invest for long term and getting profits.

Yeah, we are looking at it too complicated, we need to focus on how you could make a lot of profit by just holding and that is a very simple method without a doubt. If you want to add something even further, you could definitely consider by telling everyone you know how amazing bitcoin is, if you do that then you would be getting a greater return for others as well.

Do not talk badly about bitcoin, even during bear period always talk about how it will be improving and you are going to make a lot of money in the future by investing during the bear market and you could wait until the bull market and you would be making a lot of profit. Without that, you could just personally invest and that would be great but that doesn't mean that you are going to lose money neither, that's good enough, the talking about it part is just the extra.

If you have any business you're running or managing, you can add Bitcoin as your second payment option. If you see someone that is interested in Bitcoin, you can also educate them more about the technology. Some person just know the word "Bitcoin" and nothing else.
anyone who have a business and they attach Bitcoin for the business I will say that the person is a wise person because I've done it before we are attached business as one of my payment option in my business and majority of young people prefer purchasing or making a payment with Bitcoin instead of using a Fiat currency so that is why I will advise or support the motion of anyone who is in business to use a Bitcoin as one of the payment option and they also a second option of a investment because business of this time is supposed to be diversify so that when the first one crash the second one will stand

I'd like to know how I could contribute more ? (I don't have dev skills so no coding for me)
If you invest in Bitcoin or you use Bitcoin for a payment tool, it means  you have contributed in Bitcoin. You don't need to have specific skills to contribute in Bitcoin, you can contribute with something that you have the ability.

What are you doing yourself to help bitcoin grow ?
I'm investing in Bitcoin and I'm trying to spread the awareness of Bitcoin in my area. There are some people who constantly ask about crypto and Bitcoin investment to me, I always share my knowledge about Bitcoin and crypto to them. I'm also trying to give them a proper understanding of crypto and Bitcoin. The are many people who misunderstand about crypto and Bitcoin, they must be given an explanation regarding the truth. So far, this is some efforts that I can do for Bitcoin.

Thank you.

I do not have developers skills myself and that means there is nothing that I can contribute in the technical aspects of Bitcoin but what I do is to help spread the news about Bitcoin to people. I use any opportunity that I get to spread the word and I think that is what most of us can do to help contributing to the growth of Bitcoin. The more people that know about Bitcoin, the more people that will invest and starts to adopt Bitcoin. From there we can get more shops accepting Bitcoin payment and this will help in our request for the currency to be approved by the government so more people can adopt it's usages. You can contribute to the price appreciating by buying more Bitcoin and taking some supply out of circulation to help increase the price.

Bitcoin is self sustainable on its own, when we adopt bitcoin and invest in it, then we are contributing to the community as part of the holders and this is the most interesting aspect of it, because it makes the value increases as many are holding and more are investing as well in the same coin, this is how we also recognizes the effect of increasing in value of bitcoin as we have many holders, buyers and sellers as well.

Another thing is to avoid anything that could serves as an attack or threat tot the bitcoin network protocols, things from there must not change as well as the people who are the developers or the community must always give the right proceedings for everything they see or do.

(i laugh when someone asks how to support bitcoin and replies try to promote another network(facepalm))
running a lightning node is not about bitcoin. dont let people fool you. its a different network and a risky network, where many people lose their funds. (even lightning devs have lost their own funds using it, and they are suppose to be the experts)

also if you dont have much funds then when you lock up your value and then allow others to route through you, because your balance is low your route wont be a optimum roue for many users and you may end up spending more of your value to re-balance yourself after people use you as a route.
the small fee's do you get for offering your balance may not offer you profit compared to the cost to re-route your funds in another longer(expensive) path to rebalance your channel(s), or the cost to open and close the channel.. so do research and dont be lulled into some fake promotions where people pretend lightning is the better profitable network

the lightning network does not help contribute to bitcoin. it infact is the agenda of causing people to use bitcoin less because they are being forced away from using bitcoin and instead told to use the lightning network. so dont be fooled by all the shenanigans of the subnetwork support group trying to promote another network as "bitcoin"

Thank you.

Bitcoin on the technical side is decentralized, so this simply means that those who have the technical means and knowledge can contribute to the speed, stability and growth of the network, this is always open for any one interested, and as I can see, you have the technical means to a level, and you've taken a part, and maybe still taking a part in the development of the bitcoin network to the degree that you can, this is commendable.

But for those who do not have the technical knowledge of means, or both, the only way to contribute is to buy and hold bitcoin, and you too, nothing stops your from buying and holding some bitcoins if you haven't, for the more the hands that holds bitcoin, the more it's adoption spread.

I totally agree with you. I was thinking to help small shops in my town to accept bitcoin and help them install a solution but I found that they were not interested sadly (I asked like 20 or 30 people in the center of my town but they took me for an alien or something ^^)
So yeah I know I want to do things with Bitcoin because I am hooked but I don't really know what to do. Running a node was easy and I love working with hardware so that was my first choice while thinking I was usefull for the network.
The idea to look into Bitcoin education whether it’s hosting meetups, creating content, or even just educating your friends and family. Sometimes the best way to contribute is by spreading knowledge and helping others understand Bitcoin’s potential.

As for your Lightning node, I think you'll find it’s a rewarding project once you get through the initial setup. There’s a lot of support out there in the community, and people are always willing to help each other out, so don’t be discouraged!

Keep up the great work, and don’t hesitate to try new ideas, you’re already contributing by being an active and curious member of the community.

I’m not sure if you’ll like the idea, but here in the forum, one of the best ways to grow your Bitcoin is by lending to trusted users.

You might want to check out the Lending Board..
Lending is risky and it's hard to trust users with their accounts as collateral for loans. Many trusted users, if trusted means green trust, with loans and they turned to be scammers.

Bitcoin is scarce and if OP already has bitcoins, keep it safely. Contribute to Bitcoin adoption does not mean you need to take risk with your bitcoin and can lose it by taking risk.

Running a Bitcoin full node, Lightning Network node, pay your purchases with bitcoins, donations in bitcoins, and more things, but I am more favorite with things I am ready to pay my bitcoin, not with taking risk and knowing that I can lose it to scammers.

What are you doing yourself to help bitcoin grow ?
I am a member of a small growing Bitcoin and crypto community. Our conversations on that platform is centered only on Bitcoin, it's technologies, as well as other cryptocurrency. We do admit new members to the community and it is like a snowball technique. That's how we help Bitcoin grow. On a personal note, I help Bitcoin grow by reposting Bitcoin related news, guides, and all things Bitcoin.

Use it.  It is the best thing you can do to help.  When ever you get a chance to use Bitcoin, do it.  Whether it is paying for a vacation booking in Bitcoin, paying for groceries, purchasing Gift Cards for your local shopping, paying your bills if possible et cetera, there are a lot of possibilities and the more people are using these payment processors or Services, the less likely it is that they give up on Bitcoin.  More over.  The more we are using it, the more likely it is that others will start accepting Bitcoin too because they would be missing on Customers and Profit.

Thank you for those ideas, I will begin research for making a lightning node/electrum server (I remember searching for Lnnode 2 years ago but it was a little complicated for me and I didn't finish it)
It would be ideal if you try to find a specific purpose in everything, why you are doing it, not only because you want to make a contribution. Your contribution will be much more useful if you do something that will work even without your daily physical engagement.
Over time, different problems always appear, direct or indirect. It is a greater contribution to solve such things than. I would say that the number of nodes is not the weakest point of the Bitcoin ecosystem.

What are you doing yourself to help bitcoin grow ?

Thank you.
Another way to help Bitcoin grow is by creating a public awareness or educating people about Bitcoin in your community, which can be done either directly or indirectly via the use of social media depending on government policies regarding Crypto in your geographical location, whereby you emphasize on creating a flyer about Bitcoin related key points such as; "importance of saving in Bitcoin", Why it's good to invest in Bitcoin, e.t.c. And there are several ways a public awareness can be made, as you can either create a blog dedicated to posting educative piece about Bitcoin/Crypto or create a YouTube channel where you teach people how to use Bitcoin related tools (e.g Wallets, exchange or projects).

However, What I am doing myself to help bitcoin grow is by assisting and educating people who don't know about Bitcoin but wishes to invest in it to achieve their dreams. I also help people convert their Bitcoin into fiat currency (p2p).

I wish I could but I can only get paid in FIAT as I receive money from a large mainstream company.
I have received one payment in BTC so far from a friend because I painted his appartment Smiley

I'd say two things. To support privacy run a node over tor. And to encourage the use as a medium of exchange for small payments, run a lightning node. Especially, IMHO, the privacy part needs attention since it is the Achilles heel of BTC.

As far as I know, there’s only one major active lender here, so this could be a good opportunity for you. Although, it’s considered high risk since most loans are unsecured, but that lender has been doing it for a while, so it seems to be profitable I guess.

I'll check that thank you, I didn't even know it existed Smiley this forum is huge and I didn't check it all Smiley

Run a Lightning node and open a few channels and try to get people to route payments through you.

Run a Bisq client and open a few offers.

Operate a Nostr relay.

Start an Electrum public server.

Use your sats to donate to important projects that need funding.

The possibilities are endless.

How about paying for goods or services you usually use with Bitcoin? VPN and email provider/account usually are easiest option to start, especially if you still use Google Mail and use internet without VPN or similar option.

I've done it a few times but I'm still stacking and I don't have a lot ^^
