Paxful is reputable way to trade p2p with other people, I have never tried Payza tbh. It depends where do you live? And would you mind going through few exchanges and go through their verification process.

There are many ways to exchange ethereum for fiat currencies. If you need more ways like more exchanges I could link them up.

The site itself is legit and I used it before but note that you will be trading with individuals and not with the Paxful so It really depends on whom you're trading with.

Usually banks do not support crypto currency which means you can't go to a bank and offer them your ETH. I think you need to pay a visit to an exchange and turn your ETH into banks. Well, good luck with all that. All the best.

Not familiar with this service. You should have a look at real exchanges, here is it https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/volume/24-hour/
Also, you can take a look at a local exchange in your country, there you can sell for your local currency as well
