you can check out two LoyceV topics where he has gathered all bitcoin addresses:
List of all Bitcoin addresses ever used and List of all Bitcoin addresses with a balance
The former isn't fully updated at the moment, the latter is what OP is looking for (and gets daily updates).

other than if you want updated and more accurate one (eg. list that contains scripts that have no address and t he lists above don't show it) then you'll have to scan and index the whole blockchain from start to the end on your own.
These lists include "weird' outputs (for instance m-3165957a315e3d9d2de76eccb1140cb8) too, I think that includes all scripts.

i want to have list of bitcoin address from 0.00000001 BTC to 237,502 BTC (all active addresses)
You could try something like this: https://github.com/graymauser/btcposbal2csv

NOTES:
- I have not tested/used this utility... I make ZERO warranty as to it's fitness for purpose
- You will need a fully synced, Bitcoin Core client to get the chainstate DB

not my wallet !

i need all walletS with their amount from blockchain

What do you mean about this "not your wallet"?

Do you mean that you want is a watch-only wallet only just to monitor the balances of your wallets(That you can check from time to time)?

Public key or addresses is enough to monitor them just import the public key/addresses to any wallet that support watch-only wallet like Electrum.

Or do you mean that you want to backup those wallets?

You can also make backup funds from Blockchain app on the mobile phone by going to the security section or menu where you can find the "Backup Funds"

I think you can extract or get your wallet with balance if you import the backup seed phrase to this tool https://iancoleman.io/bip39/
Or import the phrase backup to Electeum wallet.
