The whole process won't take an hour.

I also have used the bitcoin-keys.com service and found it outstanding. The guy who runs it is incredibly communicative and helpful.

I have no idea how he'll do it, but he seems quite confident.  I have not used it, but have been tempted, and it seemed to fit the OP request.
I have used/tested this service and it works great (so far).  Would have worked for the OP perfectly.  Sorry I did not think of it for him.

I don't have any limits on my credit card and bank account. PayPal doesn't have any balance on it too. What to do ?
