right click on the transaction on the history tab and select details. it will list which addresses the inputs came from.

note that if you are looking to refund  the sender then don't assume they control those input addresses. it could be that they sent the money from a shared wallet like those on exchanges. you need to contact them and ask them for an address to send the refund to.

I would like to lookup the sender wallet ID(s) of a transaction. On the console I can lookup the transaction, but all I get is hex. Is there a way to decode the transaction?

If by wallet IDs you mean addresses you can just go to the History tab, right click a transaction, and choose "Details" or "view in block explorer".
