I haven't used any of them, but I'd recommend Danny Hamilton based on his helpful post history.

Last time he logged in was on May 18th, I think that was the time when he returned that 100BTC he was still holding for some contest iirc.

But that list is fairly up to date anyhow, there are quite a few of them that handled a LOT of BTC.. and still do.
I'd trust someone like DannyHamilton anyday to hold my btc in escrow.

He returned as well as returned all the money he was holding. It should be updated and he should probably be removed I think seeing as he isn't around much and probably isn't even doing escrows anymore.
