if you are a bitcoin user i recommand that you get Advanced Cash card because you can make a deposit with bitcoin and you can either get a Virtual Card that costs 1$ or the Plastic Card for 5$ in the first week i personaly verified my Paypall account with it on use it for buying stuff online and dor now didn't had a single problem with it.

Check out Revolut and Payoneer. Both work well but are not available in all countries, see which one is available in yours.
Your local bank should be free as well, or atleast very cheap.

I need a master card where I can load minimum $2 and verify my paypal account.
Acctually, going through a hard time to verify my paypal account and not able to get a MasterCard to verify it.

Please someone suggest me a way to get free MasterCard so that I can confirm the Paypal account.
