Not sure about that but it seems the majority of telegram channel which gives you airdrop list, and the majority of them are shitcoin. It may better to keep your eyes on the airdropalert site.

there are so many forums that inform about the latest airdrop. in bitcointalk you can see the airdrop information in altcoin discussion-marketplace-bounties altcoin. and in telegram you can join at https://t.me/crypto_airdrops and many other groups.
