Doubt it.Not through the official app at least.Do not recommend downloading other apps which aren't as reputed around.You don't need a email notifier for such an easy task,just refresh the app page or the transaction page after your minimum confirmation time has passed.

I don't know about the app itself but there is Blockonomics.co which should allow you to receive notification in your email. It's free as long as you are watching less then 50 addresses otherwise you start paying a monthly/yearly fee : https://www.blockonomics.co/views/pricing.html
