Try going to the polish language section and post it there, maybe you'll find someone who was scammed too and is from Poland. Good luck.

I read it was the biggest exchange in Poland and one of the biggest in EU. I'm sure people are going to start a class action against them, maybe you should ask on some Polish forums or maybe in the Polish subsection here. The site is gone, so they are packing their bags and running, the faster you act, the better.

It most likely would not be worth hiring legal services to go after them. They were forced to shut down in October when they lost almost $2M USD worth of Bitcoin. You can try contacting them using the below information I have compiled, however.

Here is their phone number that is listed in their S&P Global Market Intelligence page.

The site is already been shut down. I know that amount is huge but i think theres no use chasing them. Hiring legal assistant can cost you much higher than you've lost on that site. Its also it will harder for you to locate them even more if you are in a different country. Im sorry bout your loss but i  think its for you to move on.

Hello guys,

I am one of the unlucky use of this big SCAM bitcurex.com. I registered years ago with an initial deposit of $1000 that I successfully convert to $2000.
When I wanted to withdraw my money few months ago I notify the website has been shut down!

I try to contact some email I got from them but no response.

I need to precise I was holding euros on my account, not bitcoins. So they clearly doing a thief ... even if they got hack, they lost bitcoins not the cash!

Anyway, from the message in polish display on their website or the other information online, it doesn't seem I will get back my money.

Does anyone has some advices regarding this case?

I m thinking to hire a polish to help me on that but their nor much hope left!

 Huh
