I really want to learn English but I don't know how to start?  I asked a friend and they advised me to study some IELTS self-study books but after 1 month it didn't make any progress.
There is a very effective way to simply but winnable to learn english.

Just accumulate "1 English Word per Day" if you can afford to learn 2 then much better.

then those word must be learn with Meaning , and keep those in Mind imagine how many words that is per year? 365-730? those word is enough for you to communicate in rightful manner in english.

I recommend you to join a community about anything you like much.

when I started with english I joined one about art and drawings. My english was basic but after some months I started to improve. The key is that, since it is something you will enjoy to learn about, you will find yourself to be participating constantly and learning slowly and steady. Also do not feel ashamed to use Google translator if you need to, you will need it less as you advance.

There are many online courses , take one and you will learn the formal english. If you want to practice it speaking and writing helps you a lot. once you learn it you cant forget it , maybe a word or a grammar rule , but 90% of it is staying in your head forever

Obviously you need a good tutor with a class & you need to be willing to study hard at home. A piece of advice though, I knew a Romanian guy once, he came to the UK. I asked him how he learnt English so fast as his English was really good. He said he watched a lot of films & he picked it up a lot from there.

Do you want to be proficient in English or something? Your English is ok from what I can tell (maybe aside from little grammar issues here and there that may not be wrong from your point of view) . Or did you translate this post from your own local language?

Unless you need some kind of "perfect" English grammer for something really important, I don't think it's necessary to speak/write exactly as perfect as the grammer books would want you to.
But if you think you need learn, maybe because of poor English, or for important tasks that demands perfect grammer then go ahead.
I probably could learn perfect English grammer more quickly by always listening to things I enjoy that are written in perfect grammar. If i don't atall know the language I want to learn, I would try to learn it quickly through good songs that I like. The songs would need to be crafted in a way that teaches the most used sentences in a language correctly and repeatedly, with translations

Are you ready to learn english? Learning a new language is not just about wanting. It is very difficult for you to learn English if you do not go to a course or use it in your daily life.

First, start with simple phrases and memorizing lots of words. Make sure to listen to the dialogues when you go to work, school, etc. in your daily life. Have simple dialogs. watch simple english serials Watch with Turkish subtitles first. Then many times with English subtitles.

These will form the basis for you. never try to buy a book and read!!

Learning a new language is like babies starting to talk. whatever language you speak with them, they learn that language. Because learning starts with listening.

Watching movies in english and reading books are good start, but very limited. The best thing is to use it actively, so visiting english-speaking country is the best option.

I think you're already good enough in terms of writing.

There are plenty of YouTube videos for learning English for free that you can look into.   Start with that and go from there.
I also advise this. There are many videos that teaches about English 101 on Youtube for free and I also suggest you to watch English movies and next is to practice it by pronouncing words or talking with someone in English.
