You already have the answer, really. Point your miners at a pool signalling for Segwit, or solo mine for Segwit. Unless you have a warehouse full of modern efficient miners, option 2 isn't such a great choice.

Segwit Supporters are talking about dropping ASICS completely, basically making your ASICS worthless.

My miners are curently pointed to Eligius, but I can't find it on
https://bitcoincore.org/en/segwit_adoption/
(and it has stats issues on its own)
Slush Pool seems to signal SegWit - I will probably switch to that.
