1. Affiliate Marketing (the easiest) -  Join affiliate programs for products that genuinely help your group and solve some of their problems. Then, create valuable posts that naturally share those products as solutions, like product reviews. Ideally, find programs that are high-ticket or have recurring commissions.

This is a viable suggestion since a lot of e-commerce offers an affiliate commission by just sharing products. Your group will be best place to post health related products such as vitamins and other health care related equipment.

This method is very popular in my country especially if the group member is composed of organic users that discussing in daily basis. Many influencers and facebook group owners earned a lot through commissions even without directly handling the products from buyer.

Another option I've seen is offering consultations and one-on-one calls, like helping beginners set up hardware wallets and answering all their Bitcoin questions.
Please read the beginning of this discussion, especially post #3. OP's Facebook group is health-related and has nothing to do with Bitcoin and the crypto industry. But while we are at it, if OP has advanced knowledge of health, fitness, and diets, he could sell individual training plans and offer dietary advice for those willing to pay for it.

There are a few main categories of things you can do.

3. Create a Digital Product - Engage with your group to find out their biggest pain points. Then, develop an info product, Notion database, eBook, or something similar that addresses those needs.

4. Sell Ads or Sponsorships - Reach out to brands and pitch your community. Tell them, "We have a Facebook group of X number of people who would love your product," and see if they're interested in buying ads or sponsorships.

These sound very viable though seem to require a lot of outreach. Have you done this sort of outreach before and would you be interested in working with me?

Then, create valuable posts that naturally share those products as solutions, like product reviews. Ideally, find programs that are high-ticket or have recurring commissions.

2. Create a Skool Community - This is becoming really popular. Essentially, it’s a paid monthly community. Offer your Facebook group a paid version that includes more value and resources.

Remember, all of these strategies will only work if your Facebook group is active.

The end goal would be to implement all of these over time.

Someone wants their FB group to start earning from ads. How can it be done?

Affiliate is the best for Facebook group to monetize its group if you are the owner of the group you can pin a message or highlights a message for your group members something members of the group cannot do but be sure if you're going to monetize your Facebook group it should be related to the theme of your group.
If your group is related to gambling then pinning a casino with short and attractive description is the owner's best option.

Since you mentioned that it's a health theme group
It's a health-themed type of group.
Then, create educational reels or posts about health-related topics; you can offer your group members to subscribe to your content.

A Subscription is a feature which allows you access to premium content on Facebook. You can use Subscriptions to support some creators on Facebook by paying a monthly subscription fee. This subscription fee gives you access to exclusive content and other items, such as a badge, that identify you as a subscriber.

Affiliate is also good, but don't just post your affiliate links. Create content that revolves around that product, you know on social media content is king.

It's a health-themed type of group.

Whether the theme is Bitcoin or health, these are the common options,
1. Sponsored/advertising post.
2. Affiliate and referral link.
3. Accepting donation.
4. Renting group's banner/profile image, just like like member on this forum rent their signature.
5. Premium membership.

Although looking at this Facebook article https://creators.facebook.com/making-money-on-facebook/, you or someone who asked your help can enable ProMode and check whether the group eligible for monetization.

It's a health-themed type of group.
Only if the group is active.
If it is filled with fake accounts or spammers who want to publish their posts and promote something else, then that group has no value and it is difficult to extract any significant profit from it.
It's best to make a couple of posts and monitor their reach, if it's below 2%, then it's probably trash.

It's a health-themed type of group.

This is a bitcoin forum.   Bitcoin is not a good match for healthcare, but the blockchain could be.
