I put some money in metamask got rugged on some coins, deposited on MEXC got liquited on many trades the amount was kind of high, how can I extract this information without playing detecting and going through each etherscan.

Have you tried checking in with Nansen and DeBank? They are good portfolio platforms and yes you can see your transactions there in some chains as they support multiple chains. In Nansen, you can check each of your transactions and see also the PNL (how much you lost or earned profits) if it's in case of trading or even exchanging pairs.
