Yup, it's legit. I was using it to buy bitcoins with paypal and it's been great. Much better than a lot of other bitcoin places and all transactions are pretty much instant.
For all of this, you pay super-High Commissions.

Virvox actually charges a very high commission. The best option to use would be localbitcoin, and trading it with a trusted person. Trading on the forum is a high risk specially as paypal is reversible, even if you send it to friends.

It would be hard to find a seller willing to accept paypal on localbitcoins.

There are some other ways too. Post an ad at localbitcoins and add 10% over actual price then you might have a chance to buy them on bitcoins otherwise virwox is always there. You can also search currency exchange section and find someone who is willing to accept paypal.

theres many way to buy bitcoin with paypal, in my country (indonesia) can buy with IDR also right now.
