Actually, you can google it, as long as google has indexed it (may take a couple hours)

on Google, search for

bitcointalk.org: (unique phrase in your post)

It's not best option if other user snip/delete some part of the quote in some cases. I think check post history works better.

Once i had checked some post in google search and got the details and it is true that in google also if you search everything you get. So this is the only option to find the quoted of our post apart from that no other option to see.
