All I wanna know is what I can make from say a decent GPU card (300 Mh/s)...

Forever, meaning until either Moore's law stops applying or Bitcoin takes a nosedive. This will be far after your GPU stops working, so it's close enough to ∞.

It could be smaller than you would receive if you just hit up all the "free bitcoin" websites where you click on adds for .01 coins or what not.
For that I'm certain but that's not what I'm asking. Say I have 300Mh/s, how much will I be mining?
You can use a CPU miner and see how much you'll get, but the amount will most likely be very small.

Well, I can only use CPU on my laptop but anyway, how can I see how fast I can mine bc, on pooled mining, or how much bc I'm receiving over time?
