Impossible for you as only full members and up can set an avatar in their profile.
@OP Once you have 120 activity, which will happen to you if you post another 23 posts. After you do that, you can go into your profile page and edit your forum information and change your avatar there. There is a 100 KiB limit, as well as a 120x80 size limit.
