Electrum sources are signed with PGP of ThomasV. His PGP key is 7F9470E6, can be found here: https://pgp.mit.edu/pks/lookup?op=vindex&search=0x2BD5824B7F9470E6.

To verify the authencity, follow these steps but replace the keys to import and signature files to Electrum's: https://www.deepdotweb.com/jolly-rogers-security-guide-for-beginners/how-to-verify-your-downloaded-files-are-authentic/. The download link above, there are (signature) beside each download link. That is the link to your .asc file, you need to download it.

I'm not speaking about verifying and signing messages using Bitcoin private keys .
https://electrum.org/#download , I'm speaking how to verify the download links or whatever to make sure it's legit ? I never understood how they do that honestly .
