You need at least 60 posts posting for 2 and half months atleast. And you need to post everyweek.

You need at least 60 activity in order to be a full member.
Making 1 post and having 4 hours total log in time will allow you out of the newbie section.

What are the requirements?
For Full Member status you need 60 activity
For Jr.Member status needed to post elsewhere you need 1 post+4hours

Time. Just posting will get you to Jr. Member but activity will move you to Full. that takes time I believe activity is Time logged in *14 and activity above a certain level gives Full. Try searching the Meta area
