I have been participating in bounty campaign, but noticed I normally see one or two accounts every, was wondering why.
My question is that is there limitations as to the number of projects you use your Bitcoin talks forum account for.

The questions and your context was too blurry. There are two possible topics that you are preferring to:

1. You noticed that there are users in here whom has 2 accounts and you're asking if there would be limitations on where and how many accounts can be used in joining campaigns. (in which was answered already by a lot of recent replies.

2. You might be asking why there are campaigns that has one or two participating users only (based on my understanding in your context). If so, there are campaigns that simply aren't good enough to be promoted or be having an attention of users, mostly on bounty campaigns that recently has a bad image as most turned scamming a lot of users here.

you can join in many bounty campaigns like social bounties ,twitter,fb, and telegram. But in signature campaign you are only allowed to join in one signature bounty.
More precisely is:
1 account can be used for all bounty programs except signature. You can use your account to participate in different bounty (there are no limits) and this is only for social media bounty programs such as Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, blogs, translations, YouTube, and so on. You are not allowed to participate in different signatures simultaneously and can only promote 1 bounty.

Furthermore, if you have more than 1 account, then:
2 accounts for 2 different bounty, different campaigns and are not permitted to use them on the same campaign or bounty. If you have 3 or more, then the rules will remain the same until you will be said to be a greedy person.  Tongue

Jawhead999 has provided answers that are detailed enough to be understood by the OP and other users.

Here I make classification both allowed and not allowed, to make you more easier to understand it.

Allowed:
1 account is allowed to join multiple social media campaign
  • Account A : Ride bounty campaign - Facebook
  • Account A : Leaf bounty campaign - Facebook
  • Account A : Silver bounty campaign - Facebook

Also Allowed:
Let's say you have 2 account (A & B)
2 accounts join in a different bounty campaign is allowed
  • Account A : Ride bounty campaign
  • Account B : Leaf bounty campaign

Not Allowed:
2 accounts join in a same bounty campaign is not allowed (violating forum rules)
  • Account A : Ride bounty campaign
  • Account B : Ride bounty campaign

Miscellaneous:

you may also want to try and improve your English so that your posts are more comprehensible and consequently help you get into a better campaign instead of the low quality garbage token or scam ICO campaigns that pay you in their worthless token that you can't even sell in many cases.
that way you would no longer feel the need for more than one account to make more money!

I don't think we have any necessary to use more than one Bitcointalk account in this forum. We should work hard for rank up of his account not using alt accounts to spam.
Again Bounty cheating with multi account can be a reason to get banned from forum.
And user will not receive his bounty payments too.

You will not  be ban, but you will be tagged by dt  members if proven that  you are cheating one of the bounty campaign and use multiple account applying.

You can create other account its depend on the user's how they plan to use that account and if they can manage to have multi account. but if you plan to use that account for cheating forget it members will found it one day and all the  time you  use to   build that account will be wasted.

they should have thoughts like this. when he successfully ranks up, of course, without using an alt account can already earn more from the campaign. greed in a person seems to make them choose a shortcut to rich, even though the altcoin paid campaign does not necessarily make a lot of money. It will be different when they work hard to reach a higher level, the opportunity can be better. Good posters in high ranking have opportunity to join in campaign with bitcoin payments, they can get payment weekly from this campaign. While member who focus to have lot of alt account stuck in newbie and will never have a chance to join campaign in BTC payment.

I think I got your point, are you mean you usually seen so many users join in multiple bounty with 1 account? AFAIK, it's allowed... but you're not allowed to use 2 accounts in same bounty (cheating). Here I make classification both allowed and not allowed, to make you more easier to understand it.
(.....)
This is also what I understand in the first post and I think some of the posts on this thread misunderstood the OP and which they more likely thinking multiple accounts with only 1 person owner of those accounts.

Well, this is a must! But we can't force those people who are greedy that are abusing the forum. And also this is difficult on the part of bounty campaign manager now to identify if a user got multiple accounts joined in 1 bounty campaign.
This kind of rule or action should come first for every member of this forum.

What you imply is using two accounts on one campaign is a big no no, it's cheating, the bounty manager is fair that all are equally distributed in terms of marketing and distribution of stakes, if you are caught using two accounts on one campaign you will get red trust and no campaign will accept you, so it's better to be safe than sorry.

Having multiple accounts is allowed on this forum but not allowed is getting used all of your accounts into a single campaign and enroll or apply those accounts and get those positions it is better to give chance to others and apply their account somehow they deserve this too and give them chance. Most of the campaigns already said on their rules they don't accept Alt accounts instead you will receive a report or a negative trust. Don't be greedy give chance to others who deserves it.

This was talked about not long ago here, on Beginners & Help: Help for use maltiple bitcointalk account.

If you read through the above referenced thread, you’ll find other case scenarios that are plausible reasons for having multiple accounts on the forum, besides bounty hunting. The thing to consider is to follow the code of fair play, and not to move on to spamming the forum from any of those accounts.

Of course there is rule usually on every campaign that you must have one account joining only. Multiple accounts created on forum is allowed but participating simultaneously on single campaign is prohibited. Why would you join many accounts on a campaign? Thats techinally cheating.

You must read the rules here:

You are not allowed to participate two accounts in a single bounty campaign because that is cheating. Having multiple accounts is not against the rule per se, but frown upon. And taking advantage of it by joining two or more accounts is not allowed. I will suggest that you go around the community first and read the rules and you are a classic example on why 'merit' system is implemented in the first place.

There was a limitation and it was around 1 campaign for your q account and no more.

All accounts are prohibited to participate in a campaign because that can be considered if the owner was abusing the campaign. I think you should visit meta section to know more about this.
