The happens fairly regularly as part and parcel of the way that the Proof Of Work (aka Nakamoto) blockchain system operates.

It's a "newly generated coins" transaction from over 1500 blocks ago...
Blockchain.info claims that this transaction is unconfirmed.

Maybe I'm missing something, or maybe blockchain.info is just messed up?
