These inputs will allow me understand more about the implementation that I'm looking for. Thanks everyone for your valuable inputs and guidance now have to start focussing on where to purchase either offline or online shopping.

To build our own mining rig, we require best mining GPUs, best mining CPU, best mining mother boards and best mining SSDs which help us to get started but to effectively and efficiently mine cryptos how can we find the outstanding quality rigs. Do I also need to implement any other switches?
very true.. without the right component rigs begin to crash or have many problems .. i dont know how people do to mine with celeron . i tried it and the rig is very slow and crashes on many algos. i was thinking the same thing. we need the right stuff to mine. processor ryzen or i7 . many gb of ram . good risers . good mobo . good psu .

If you are for mining profits, it doesn't make sense to use expensive hardware for mining. Most expensive should be only your gpus which are actually used for mining. Other parts like CPU and RAM are not as important as 4gb cheapest ram and cheapest celeron cpu is enough to build 12gpu system on linux mining software. Which will be rock stable.
You want your parts cheap as possible , so you get back your investment as fast as possible.

Gpu is what you have to make up your mind, do you want price per hash or price per watt, also which coins you will be mining as different coins different gpus are more efficient, for example some with nvidia some with amd.
All other components is very easy take a case like this, price is crazy cheap to start.

Installation also easy.

To build our own mining rig, we require [1]best mining GPUs, [2]best mining CPU, [3]best mining mother boards and [4]best mining SSDs which help us to get started but to effectively and efficiently mine cryptos how can we find the outstanding quality rigs. [5]Do I also need to implement any other switches?
[1] Of course GPU, yes~ish.
But it depends on the Altcoin's Algorithm, some "best" GPUs are less efficient than the older models.
DYOR.

[2] You can get the cheapest one supported by your Mobo if you're not planning to mine using your CPU;
but if you're fond of "Merge Mining", get the "best" CPU.

[3] Hmm, just pick the one that has the number of PCI-e slots that you need,
old models doesn't have more than three anyways so they will be excluded to your "best" picks.

[4] Not sure if SSD is needed for better performance in terms of mining but since it's a lot advanced than HDDs (except from the storage size), SSDs are the way to go.

[5] Any 100MBps Ethernet will do.

Overall in terms of "Quality", It's the Brand Name that matters. The more reputable, the higher the quality.

Despite this being posted in the wrong section , your question is kind of useless, you are asking about mining rigs that consist of mainly

1-Gpus
2-Motherboard
3-CPU
4-PSU
5-RAM

All of these equipment are being manufactured by well known companies, so quality is not really a question here, you need to worry about

A- Price : obviously  you want to buy the cheapest GPU avaiable regardless of the brand name , they all have the same chips.
B- Cooling: depends on the card model you want, some companies have better cooling systems than the others, but unless price is pretty close, this point should not be taken into account.

Yes. Learn the difference between Bitcoin and all the other coins and where to post questions about the other coins. Only Bitcoin is Bitcoin and it left CPU/GPU mining behind many years ago.

You are asking about altcoin hardware and this is the Bitcoin area where you posted. Expect mods to move this.
