Announcing MyEtherWallet v3.24.00: Difficulty Bomb&Updating blockchain
Due to the complexity of the Bomb and the increased risk of hacking, we pushed a rather drastic update that implements a number of changes and improvements, including enhancement of efficiency and scalability of the blockchain, acceleration of transaction speed, and additional security in the form new formats private keys which will help protect users against hacking.
If you are using private key or UTC, then you need to go into the wallet and update manually, otherwise they risk being unprotected.
How do i update my Ethereum wallet?
1. Go to our website MyEtherWallet.com
2. Unlock your wallet using your Keystore File (UTC / JSON) or simply use your private key.
3. Click Unlock and wait for the update.
Please note that you need to manually update your wallet, failure to do so may result in funds being lost.
We are taking these measures to protect both you and our network from phishing and malicious attacks.

Can't you just bookmark your NEO address page on NeoTracker.io and check it from time to time?
it like check balance on etherscan.io, but it is easy when app can notify us. Please watch my previous message, i have just add some information

We can check ERC-20 token balance on etherscan.io or use "Watch" function on "Trust wallet" app. Can we do the same with NEO or NEM based on?

There is many ways to see your NEO wallet token balance :
1. You can instal neo wallet. Here is the link : Neo Wallet Download, desktop, web, and mobile wallet available there.
2. You can use telegram bot, Here is the link : Neo Explorer Bot.
There you can see your Neo and Neo-tokens balance on your wallet, see info about current price estimation of neo token that you hold, etc.
For nem, may be you can try this link : Nem Wallet, there is desktop and mobile wallet availabe.
Or shelter dao mobile wallet, Android and iOs avaible : Apple , Android. You can see and manage (send & receive) your mosaic token there.
