PRICE + HashRate + Hardware Life + Eletric Costs.

To me, best GPU on moment , using this factor, is GTX 1060 3gb and 6gb.

TO ethereum i think 3gb is not enougth anymore, but you can mine, others coins as music coin and others alts.

The best GPU is the one who offers you higher hashrate while consuming less power. I believe until now 90% of home miners that use GPU mining computers are stuck with AMD RX series cards.

However I believe that the best card , best bang for the buck, which can give you an higher hashrate and can be adjusted to consume less power than AMD Rx series is the GTX 1070 and GTX 1070 ti.

Personally, with our farm system, we are more focusing on optimization of each GPUs in order to make it work at its best performance, yet choosing a good GPUs is not overlooked. Fortunately, we have a great partner who is one of the biggest GPUs distributors in Thailand and us purchase directly from the manufacturer. For this reason, somehow reduce us the concern of searching for GPUs and able to keep in spec and quality control... In brief, as we are a large scale mining farm with approximately 18,000 GPUs installed, in which there are also other factors that is needed to be concerned rather than just focus on the electricity cost alone, in order to make an attractive income.
Electricity cost in Thailand is around 1 cent per unit.

There are a few factors you need to look. Hash rate is important. The hash rate is how fast the GPU solves the equations to earn an Ether reward. The power consumption is also an important factor. The initial cost of the GPU is also something important to consider. Once you have found a good GPU, make sure to plug all the numbers into a mining calculator and see how long it will take to make your money back.

The graphics processor is an essential component of the smartphone. Its technical capabilities determine the graphics performance and, first of all, the most graphically intensive applications — games.
When reading the specifications of smartphones and tablets, most users primarily pay attention to the characteristics of the CPU and its number of cores, the amount of RAM, screen size, built-in drive and camera. At the same time, they sometimes forget about such an important component of the device as the graphics processor (GPU). A typical GPU from a particular company is associated with a particular CPU. For example, known Qualcomm Snapdragon processors are always integrated with Adreno graphics chips. The Taiwanese company MediaTek usually supplied its chipsets with PowerVR graphics processors from Imagination Technologies, and more recently — with ARM Mali. It is important for every modern user to know why the GPU is needed and how it works.
the ranking is based on data from Notebookcheck and resource Androidauthority, the resulting testing benchmark GFXBench, AnTuTu and 3DMark.

1. Qualcomm Adreno 430, used in the Xperia Z3 + smartphone and making it one of the best gaming devices;

2. NVIDIA GeForce Tegra K1, a 192-core processor capable of running in gaming consoles;

3. PowerVR GX6450;

4. Qualcomm Adreno 420;

5. ARM Mali-T760 is the graphics processor of the most attractive Samsung Galaxy S6 and Edge smartphones of the season;

6. PowerVR G6430 used in Nokia N1 tablet;

all these card is good .. but 570+580 can use for two year or less and hash will go down

the best GTX

1070+1070ti +1080ti

his hash not go down

So "best GPU" is a subject decision which may depend on things like cost of electricity and goals for mining such as hash power density.  Sure, 1060 or 750ti cards may be more efficient than 1080ti on various algorithms but you can get a lot more mining power in a small space with a 1080ti.

The cost of electricity is important but really I think people over exaggerate on how critical it is.  What is more important is the value of bitcoin and various altcoins that can be used to exchange mined coins eventually to fiat.

The best GPU is usually the most expensive GPU.

Even the most cost effective GPUs like the RX 470 which were cheap before the mining boom still fetch a crazy premium right now.

If you got cheap power you can try going on Craigslist and trying to score some cheap older GPUs like the R9 270X, Radeon 7950, Radeon 7970, R9 280X, and you can mine Equihash coins like ZEC or Cryptonight coins like XMR with those.

After you are done you can simply just re-sell them to low-end gamers. Since they can Crossfire them then 2* 280x makes more sense than 1 RX 580.

Is it cheap to buy GPUs in your country?
I think the price of GPUs in each country isn't so much different as almost all prices in units dollars though for countries that use their local currency in eventually follow the price in dollars

Also, what is the cost of electricity in your country?
cheaper if compared with another country

I've never try to select and pickup the best gpu for my farm, it is too time consuming if you have more then 3 rigs, for example. they are working as it is out from the box with some minor overclocking and downvolting..  this is usually a good move for me.. as for electricity cost it is about 1.7 cents per KW

Some GPUs have a higher hash rate than others, while some use more electric power as well.
In choosing the most efficient GPU the most important thing is striking a balance between how powerful you want your rig to be and how much you are willing to spend on the GPU itself and the electricity.Many of these costs will vary by country. Is it cheap to buy GPUs in your country?
Since most GPUs are sold on Amazon and eBay, if you live in a country where those retailers ship to then you will likely have an easier time getting the GPUs.

Also, what is the cost of electricity in your country?
Electricity costs are the deciding factor for most miners. As we have seen with Bitcoin mining, miners in China, Iceland, and other places with cheap electricity have a huge advantage.
