I assume you are talking about:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.25880541

What you want is for this to appear first in the altcoin forums
It can appear there only if somebody responds to it , posts on that topic and bumps it.
AdolfinWolf told you about bumping but probably you don't understand the term.

Besides you have already done this multiple (by quoting yourself) and that is against the rules.

If nobody is interested in responding, ....sorry.
Oh, and the answer to your topic is YES!!!

I just want to upload a topic that I have already published as it is done so that the first one appears on the list again?

but when you publish a new topic that resumes automatically? Can not I manually re-raise a topic?

What exactly do you mean? If you post a new topic it will automatically be listed ontop, ( as it's the last message that's posted.)

You will need to bump it by adding a post to the thread, (note that you can only do this ONCE every 24h!)

Since posts are shown as the most recent post first, if someone is posting any reply on the old topic then it will automatically appear on the top of the section. However, if someone is posting any reply in any other topic then automatically the first post will be replaced with the latest one.

If you are talking about the Bold and normal topic title, then again if there is no new post in the topic then it will appear normal and if there is any unread/new post then the same topic title would appear in bold format.
