You can get to jr member by just number of your posts and activity. That will take a couple of weeks but after this level, you will need merit to rank up to the next level. levels from member to legendary. you can wear signature as a jr member as some bounties accept jr member ranks in their signature campaign.

This is off-topic, I guess however to answer your question:
You will need to be a Full Member before adding an avatar.

The answer is very simple. You need to have 60 activity and 10 Merits to become Member. That's it. But by looking at your post history I can say that you have no chances to get Merit because you're posting only bounty reports. June 13, 2018, 02:45:12 AM
Most bounties do not accept newbies to wear their signature. You will have to be active in the forum, make 20 posts and above to move to junior member. From there, you can participate in signature campaigns.

You're new to the forum and your focus shouldn't be solely on how to rank up. First understand the form then bask in on all the forum has to offer and when you're at it, you will add value to the forum and the forum in turn adds value to your rank as your meaningful contributions will be well awarded.

As a newbie it would be of great benefit to you if you actually read the rules. Just check the top of this section, there are lots of stickied posts, read them all then think about what you are posting.

Learn the post's history of a qualified member (in this forum you can see members who get lots of merit on their posts - but this is not an absolute reference -).Please guide me that will very helpful to me..

About signature, someone are offering his/her signature creation or personalized creation, as you want, but you need to rank up before you can put a bigger design to your profile signature since character on our signature especially on newbie is very limited.
