When paid, it's the last you will hear from the scammer. Don't fall for this trap.

Since you are a newbie, looking through the hundreds and thousands of posts asking the same question is exactly the best option you have. Also, there are MANY exchange platforms already. Unless you have a huge financial resource, even thinking of creating another service is a crime. (figuratively speaking)
