If you made multiple transaction then it will clogged your transaction list. Just wait for the first one to process. But changing the gas fee would help you speed it up. There is an option metamask which is quite easier than trustwallet. But what liberty 19 said is true, used the same nonce and execute it again.

Go to https://etherscan.io/ > enter your ethereum address > click your uniswap pending transaction > copy nonce ( under 'others') > open trust wallet > click 'send', enter your own address in 'recipent' and amount 0 > click on 'settings' icon at top right > in 'nonce' section, paste what you copied earlier > save and confirm the transaction.

Once this transaction is confirmed, your previous one will canceled.

I use Trust wallet and tried to sell some Bezoge tokens on Uniswap. It is still pending and I want to cancel it.

Try searching on google next time. Type the title of your topic in the search box and you will see a lot of articles or blogs.

Here's what TrustWallet writes,

Also, when/how do I even see a list of transactions from Trust wallet or Uniswap??
Are you talking about list of your personal transactions? You can just copy your address and paste it on explorers.

I use Trust wallet and tried to sell some Bezoge tokens on Uniswap. It is still pending and I want to cancel it.
Also, when/how do I even see a list of transactions from Trust wallet or Uniswap?? When I was trying to sell the coin, it kept asking me to "agree to the new price" and I was clicking "agree" over and over because the price kept rapidly changing. I want to make sure it didn't register that I want to sell that amount multiple times because that would wipe me out. This was while the price of the coin was rapidly falling so I guess the system was having a hard time keeping up.

Please HELP!
